Refund and Return Policy
Valiep is a multi-seller marketplace operated by Version 6 LLC. Most listings are sold by independent sellers, not by Valiep. Refunds are handled through the listing seller, with Valiep available to help if a case is opened.
Return window
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items are returned by mail.
- The buyer pays return shipping, unless the item is materially not as described, damaged, or the wrong item. In those cases return shipping is free to the buyer.
- There is no restocking fee.
How to request a return or refund
- Open the order in your Valiep account and contact the seller within 14 days of delivery, or within 14 days of the estimated delivery date if the item never arrives.
- If you cannot resolve it with the seller, email contact@valiep.com with the order number, photos, and a short description of the issue.
What is not eligible
- Return requests made after the 14-day window, unless the seller agrees.
- Items described as final sale, digital goods, or opened hygiene products when that limit was disclosed before purchase.
Marketplace fee
If a sale is fully refunded, Valiep does not keep the 10 percent marketplace fee on that sale. The seller is responsible for completing the refund through the payment method used on the order.
Valiep is a multi-seller marketplace. Independent sellers list everyday goods, collectibles, and specialty finds. Buyers shop many shops in one place. Sellers keep 90 percent of each completed sale. Valiep keeps a 10 percent marketplace fee.
