Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Version 6 LLC handles information when you use the Valiep marketplace, including buyer accounts, seller shops, product listings, orders, support, and related communications.
Who operates this site
Version 6 LLC operates Valiep. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Version 6 LLC in connection with this site.
Information we collect
Information you provide can include:
- buyer, seller, and account information, including name, email address, telephone number, addresses, and account settings
- shop profiles, product listings, images, descriptions, prices, inventory, and seller verification materials you submit
- order, delivery, return, refund, support, review, and dispute information
- payment and transaction status needed for available features; a payment provider’s own notice describes information it collects directly
Our servers and service providers may automatically process the IP address, date and time, requested page or URL, referrer, browser and device details, language, approximate location derived from IP, cookie or local-storage identifiers, diagnostic events, and security logs. We may also measure how visitors reach and use the site.
Marketplace transactions and seller information
Valiep uses marketplace information to operate accounts and shops, display listings, process orders, coordinate delivery and support, prevent fraud, handle disputes, and keep transaction records. Buyers and sellers receive information needed to complete a transaction. Payment, delivery, and other service providers process information under their own privacy practices.
Public content and visibility
Seller shop profiles, product listings, ratings, reviews, and other marketplace content intended for publication may be visible to the public. Do not place private information in public listing fields.
How we use information
We use information to provide requested features, operate and secure the site, authenticate users where accounts exist, respond to support and privacy requests, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce terms and moderation rules, measure performance, improve services, maintain records, and address applicable legal, safety, and security requirements.
Cookies and similar technologies
The site and its providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage, server logs, and similar technologies for essential operation, security, preferences, analytics, attribution, and advertising. Browser settings can block or delete some technologies, although doing so may affect site features. A regional consent or privacy-choices message may provide additional controls when shown.
Google advertising
We use Google AdSense code to verify site ownership and may use Google services to display, limit, secure, and measure advertising. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to this site or other sites. Google’s advertising cookies enable Google and its partners to serve ads based on visits to this site and/or other sites. Third parties may place or read cookies in a browser or use web beacons, IP addresses, and other identifiers as a result of ad serving.
When a Google service loads, the browser automatically sends Google information such as the page URL and IP address. Google may also receive browser or device information and advertising interactions. Depending on location, settings, and consent choices, ads may be personalized or non-personalized. Non-personalized ads can still use cookies or identifiers for fraud prevention, frequency capping, and aggregated reporting.
Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services, review Google’s advertising technologies, and manage Google ad personalization at Google Ads Settings.
When information is disclosed
We may disclose information to hosting, content-delivery, security, analytics, communications, support, payment, advertising, moderation, and other providers that support functions described in this policy; to another Version 6 property when needed to fulfill your request; to people you choose to interact or transact with; or when reasonably necessary to respond to valid legal process, protect rights and safety, investigate abuse, or secure the service. Google receives information as described above when its services load.
Retention
There is no single fleet-wide retention period. Retention varies by information type, purpose, account or transaction status, security and recordkeeping needs, backup cycles, applicable requirements, and provider settings. Public blockchain records and content copied by other people may remain outside our control. Contact us to ask about a specific record or category.
Your choices and privacy rights
You can use available account and content settings, browser controls, regional privacy messages, and Google Ads Settings. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection, or to opt out of targeted advertising or certain disclosures described as a sale or sharing. These rights are subject to applicable law and exceptions. Send a request to contact@version-6.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” We may need to verify the request before acting on it.
Security
No website, storage system, blockchain, or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not send passwords, private keys, seed phrases, payment-card numbers, or other sensitive credentials through a field that does not specifically request them. Contact us if you believe information or an account is at risk.
Children’s privacy
Do not use the service if you are below the minimum age stated in the applicable terms or required by local law. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child without required permission, we will take appropriate steps to review and delete it. A game, social platform, virtual world, or app store may apply separate age ratings and parental controls.
International processing
Version 6 LLC is based in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and in other places where our providers operate. Privacy protections and government-access rules may differ by location.
Policy changes
We may update this policy when services, providers, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy here and update the date at the top. Material changes may also be communicated through the site or another appropriate channel.
